The Center for Teaching, Learning and Mentoring in the Division for Teaching and Learning at the University of Wisconsin-Madison seeks to hire an experienced and creative higher education professional to coordinate research mentoring efforts within the division and across the UW-Madison campus. This will include mapping, monitoring, and coordinating research mentor training across disciplines, working with colleagues currently providing faculty mentor training and drawing on nationally and internationally recognized expertise in mentoring at UW-Madison. In the context of this cross-campus work, the mentoring coordinator will also collaborate with the Vice Provost for Teaching and Learning and leadership of the CTLM to improve research mentoring relationships for faculty and staff and those they train at UW-Madison both for the benefit of individuals and the institution as a whole.
This position reports to the CTLM Administrative Associate Director. (Until the CTLM Administrative Associate Director is hired, the Research Mentor Training Coordinator will report to the CTLM Managing Director.)
