Fatemeh Rashidi

I am Fatemeh (Fatima) Rashidi, an MD and a postdoctoral research fellow in the Department of Radiology at UW–Madison. I am passionate about medical imaging and its potential to improve diagnostic accuracy and clinical decision-making. I completed my medical degree at Tehran University of Medical Sciences and am aspiring to pursue a residency in Radiology. During medical school, I earned three medals in track and field at national medical university competitions in Iran (two gold in high jump and one silver in long jump). I’ve kept that passion for sports alive through Barre3 and running here, which have helped me stay grounded and maintain a healthy work–life balance. I love painting, cooking, watching series, and styling clothes.
