This workshop will use case study, lecture, and group break-outs to improve your ability to successfully lead and manage a project (or multiple projects) to completion (e.g., research project, fieldwork, team project, etc.). The Project Management workshop is applicable to UW-Madison postdocs across all disciplines who are interested in pursuing careers in academia, industry, government, administration, and many other careers. This is a free workshop that is restricted to UW-Madison postdocs (i.e., Research Associates, Postdoctoral Fellows and Postdoctoral Trainees).
This course is directed by George Watson, internal consultant at the UW-Madison Office of Strategic Consulting and certified Project Manager.
