Ayushi Kapoor

I am a food technologist working in dairy powder rheology at the Center for Dairy Research (Babcock Hall — yes, the one with the ice cream store), University of Wisconsin-Madison. I completed my Ph.D. at the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IIT Roorkee), India, where my research focused on developing processes for the separation and characterization of milk components. I love being around students and, outside of work, enjoy spending time with animals, painting, and biking.

As the Chair of the Engagement Committee for UWPA, I am excited to create inclusive and engaging events for the postdoc community, fostering collaboration and helping to build a strong support network among my peers.
