About Badger Buddies
Badger Buddies is a peer mentorship program aimed at helping new postdocs make the most of their experience at UW–Madison.
We usually conduct monthly “mentorship meetups” focusing on a vast array of aspects of Postdoctoral life – For example, transitioning into your Postdoc from a PhD program to Industrial/Academic career discussions. Every month, a guest is invited to present about a topic then answer questions and provide resources for Badger postdocs. Even better, it is followed by a social event nearby to promote interactions and networking between the postdoc community!
All postdocs are invited, and especially new postdocs, to attend upcoming meetups developed by postdocs, for postdocs!
